Catchus.in ("Catchus", "we", "us") makes Stock2Track and other business software for shops, restaurants and distributors in India. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, fill one of our enquiry or lead forms (including forms on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), or use our website, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you fill an enquiry form we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, the name and location of your business, the type of business you run, and your answers to questions about when you need software and what you use today. On our website we also collect standard technical information such as your browser type, pages visited and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics.

How we use it

We use your details to call or message you about Stock2Track, to arrange and deliver a demo, to send you a quotation, and to follow up on your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. We use website and advertising data to understand which of our advertisements work and to show relevant advertisements to people who have visited our website or shown interest in our products.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our CRM, telephony and messaging providers, and with Google, whose Analytics service measures how the site is used, under its own privacy terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for up to three years afterwards, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep them for the life of the customer relationship and as required by Indian tax and accounting law.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, to correct your details, or to delete the information we hold about you. Write to support@catchus.in or message us on WhatsApp on the number shown on our website, and we will act on your request within 30 days. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
